Science Art Usefulness
Astrology is a mathematical statistical science, research and recording of phenomena that take place mainly in our solar system and cause reactions to the earth and man. The most well-known examples and probably the first ones that triggered this science are the tides of the sea and the menstrual cycle of women, both of whom depend on the Moon.
Art
It is also art, since the inventory of phenomena was used with the help of Statistics as a means of predicting events. It can also be described as an art by the way the astrologer combines these observations to achieve the best possible prognosis through creative inspiration and contemplation.
Usefulness
The main utility of Astrology is summed up in the understanding of the Delphic oracle: Man know yourself. But the stars only predestine do not force - the attitude of the soul is the one that determines the result.
